FYIsoft is growing and we wanted to pause to introduce you to the whirlwind of changes we’ve been undergoing in recent months. With our double-digit growth rates expected to continue soaring, our company is positioning to meet revenue growth goals and better serve our expanding customer base.
We’ll start with a big welcome to our newest employees, adding leadership and expertise to our sales and support areas. They join our amazing team of dedicated, hard-working professionals that have remained steadfast during the pandemic. It is their success that has set us up for the growth we are experiencing in 2021.
New Faces
Sales Leadership
As part of our commitment to bring our reporting, analytics and budgeting solutions to Microsoft Dynamics ERP customers, FYIsoft welcomes Jeff Wilk to lead this channel. Much of Jeff’s career has focused on sales and business development in the financial software industry for enterprise clients as well as ISVs and VARs. He has extensive experience with end-to-end solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
Bill Vogel strengthens FYIsoft’s sales team, leading the Southern US territory from Florida to California. Bill’s career has focused on solution selling into the finance and accounting suites for companies including Hyperion, SAP and Infor. His experience in the financial management and corporate performance management markets aid FYIsoft’s ability to continue growing and meeting the increased demand for stronger financial reporting and FP&A solutions.
Customer Support and Implementation Expansion
Under the leadership of Grace Bolen, Vice President of Finance and Operations, FYIsoft’s customer support and implementation team has welcomed several new team members. Each brings a unique skillset and deep experience that aligns with the company’s growth objectives in sales, support for a growing number of ERP platform integrations, and partnership success.
Simon Mills, Director of Professional Services, works directly with our customers to ensure the success of FYIsoft solutions. Simon’s previous experience includes implementing enterprise software (including Oracle ERP, and budgeting and OLAP engines like Hyperion Essbase) for world-leading brands in both cloud and on-premise environments. His career has included finance-focused roles in solutions architecture, consulting, project management, and analysis.
Mina Farag is our Senior Technical Consultant who works closely with our customers to evaluate ERP integration needs to accelerate the implementation cycle. He is well-versed in both Epicor and Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, enabling smooth onboarding for customers adding FYIsoft’s financial reporting solutions to those platforms.
Curtis Beethe is our newest Technical Implementation Specialist. Curtis’ early career was as a CPA before moving to the technical side in roles including financial systems manager, business analyst, and project manager. His extensive experience with the Microsoft ecosystem including GP, AX, FRx, and Management Reporter will be an asset as we continue to grow our Microsoft partnership.
New Places
FYIsoft has also ushered in “New Places” in recent months. Like most companies that were forced to pivot to remote workforces during the pandemic, we have learned that there are pros and cons to both remote and in-person environments. After soliciting employee input, we have combined the best of both worlds in our new office location.
Our new office space enables employees to choose the working environment that works best for their productivity: in-person, remote, or a hybrid combination. Either way, we are always looking forward to hosting periodic collaboration times where all employees come together to exchange ideas and solutions that continue driving our company forward.
