Following a record-breaking 2021, FYIsoft is preparing for continued long-term growth with the appointment of leadership positions within three pivotal areas: product development and vision, professional services, and customer success.

Product Development and Vision

Three executive appointments demonstrate FYIsoft’s commitment to continually leverage innovative technology such as RPA and AI to speed the financial close cycle. This new leadership establishes a strong foundation to achieve the company’s aggressive growth plans.

• Grace Bolen, CPA has been promoted to Chief Product Officer from her prior role as VP of Finance and Operations. As CPO, Grace leads the vision and execution of FYIsoft’s suite of products, continually seeking new ways to further automate and streamline financial reporting and FP&A processes for accounting and finance professionals.
• Jeremy Schaab has been named Vice President of Development and leads the development of FYIsoft’s innovative software. He brings a wealth of experience architecting world-class, integrated software applications in complex industries including financial services, cybersecurity, manufacturing and real estate.
• Rick Cherry joins FYIsoft as VP of Technical Services, overseeing FYIsoft’s technical infrastructure. His expertise spans all areas of data management, most recently with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Rick’s experience leading enterprise-scale, global IT projects, and migrating enterprise systems to the Cloud will benefit both FYIsoft and our customers. 

Professional Services

To continually enhance the quality and timeliness of professional service delivery, FYIsoft is pleased to welcome two highly accomplished industry experts to our team.

• Randy Crundwell joins FYIsoft as Director of Professional Services. Randy’s expertise in the implementation of ERP software applications is enhanced by his experience as a corporate controller and VP of finance. This unique melding of knowledge and experience is extremely valuable in maintaining FYIsoft’s customer-centric approach to service delivery.
• Annette Brown serves as FYIsoft’s Implementation Specialist, working with Randy to provide our customers with an exceptional end-to-end experience, through implementation, training, and ongoing services. Annette brings decades of experience in global IT and consulting where she focused on the implementation and support of ERP platforms including Dynamics.

Customer Success

While FYIsoft continues its growth trajectory, customer loyalty and satisfaction remain a top priority. Our customer success team is growing with strong leadership at every touch point of the customer experience. 

• Dominic Nguyen joins FYIsoft as Director, Pre-Sales Solutions Consulting, working closely with customers to ensure our solutions align with requirements. Dominic draws upon years of experience in the FP&A space (including Oracle and Adaptive Insights) to help customers leverage our technology to solve problems and maximize investments.
• Terry Timmins has taken on a new role as Customer Success Manager, where he serves as customer advocate and ensures our customers are successful and highly satisfied with FYIsoft solutions. Terry has been with FYIsoft since 2018, previously focused on growing FYIsoft’s partner program.
