Jennifer Cheng

President and CEO

Ms. Cheng is an original investor in FYIsoft, and was  appointed President and CEO of FYIsoft in 2017 to lead FYIsoft’s next evolution of growth. She brings a unique mix of proven experience and competencies that will enable the company to transition from startup to growth mode.

For the past 18 years, Jennie has been General Partner of an investment partnership specializing in emerging growth companies. From her earlier career as a research analyst specializing in emerging growth stocks with DLJ and Morgan Stanley, to her role as President and COO of a software company – and a multitude of successful entrepreneurial ventures along the way – Jennie’s career has been marked by a keen eye for identifying and leading companies to achieve their potential. Her successful track record includes providing the operational expertise to drive smart growth and shareholder value, raising capital including VC funding, and positioning companies for IPO. Jennie is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and earned her MBA from Columbia University.

Jeremy Schaab

Vice President of Software Development

Jeremy Schaab leads the development of FYIsoft’s technology, ensuring that our software aligns with our company’s mission to speed the financial close by automating financial reporting and FP&A processes. Throughout his career, Jeremy’s talent and passion for architecting world-class, integrated software applications has fueled growth for companies within complex industries including financial services, cybersecurity, manufacturing, and real estate. Jeremy earned a B.S. degree in Engineering from James Madison University.

FYIsoft Grace Bolen

Grace Bolen, CPA

Chief Product Officer

Grace joined FYIsoft in 2017 as VP of Finance and Operations and was promoted to Chief Product Officer in 2022. In the role of CPO, Grace leads the vision and execution of FYIsoft’s solutions. As an accountant and implementation consultant with companies including Pricewaterhouse and SSA Global Technologies, Grace gained extensive experience working with enterprise accounting software packages. She is also an accomplished entrepreneur, having owned her own multi-store business prior to joining FYIsoft. This unique perspective allows Grace to understand the impact of FYIsoft’s solutions throughout the Office of Finance and beyond, as well as the potential to leverage innovative technologies to automate and simplify FP&A processes for our customers. Grace earned a B.A. in accounting from the Wharton School of Business in Pennsylvania.

Kristi Grigsby

Vice President of Marketing

Kristi leads FYIsoft’s marketing strategy and execution, with responsibility for branding, communications, content, digital marketing, sales enablement and channel support. Throughout her career, Kristi has led lean, successful marketing teams for several technology-driven companies in SaaS and FinTech to achieve record-breaking sales growth. Kristi holds a B.S. in Business from Truman State University and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University.

Carol Rudolph

Vice President of Sales

Carol leads our sales team with a focus on accelerating the adoption of FYIsoft’s suite of reporting, analytics and budgeting solutions in the enterprise market. Throughout her career, Carol has served as a trusted advisor to finance executives, helping them to optimize the efficiencies gained by new technologies such as RPA and AI. Carol earned her MBA from Southern Methodist University and her Bachelors in Mathematics/Calculus/Statistics and Biochemistry from the University of Houston. She holds additional certifications in Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning/AI.
